In collaboration with Veritas and RCV Impianti we developed a prototype for the treatment of algal biomass. The egagropyls are dried, ground and the sand is removed.

The study, which is part of the ECOPOLIMERI project (ID 10217222 – POR FESR 2014-2020, Action 1.1.4, DGR n.711 of 28 May 2019), was completed in 2021 and it verified the use of fibers treated with the realized plant as reinforcement in polymeric matrix compounds.
